Access to certain features requires payment of fees as specified in your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSTELLATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Constellation from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, content you submit, or your infringement of third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas. You agree to waive class action participation.
